Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Im just wondering where other people have installed their's. I need to install mine and just looking for ideas on where other people have mounted theirs.

well, i haven't measured but the cord that plugs in the deck is pretty long. maybe 10-15ft. the antenna is pretty long as per others.

Mounted mine to a home made bracket and attached said bracket to dash framework above the glove box.....I don't have any pictures....so don't ask for any as I am not going to take glove box out just to shoot some pics.

When I had the big XM radio, I mounted mine under the rear package shelf, the antenna was on the trunk, I snatched the power from the trunk lamp, and I ran the cable under the carpet, picked it up at the front bracket for the console, then up from there.

I just installed the AVIC-Z150BH. There's now a "universal" Sirius/XM receiver made by Audiovox that's not a whole lot bigger than a pack of cigarettes. Power comes from the interface cable, and I'm able to velcro it to the inside of the floor console. This unit has a new plug on the interface cable that's supposed to match most all of the new head units by major manufacturers. It won't work with older head units.
