Signal Flasher, Where Are You?

Out of curiosity, what is the round plug going into the heat sink in the same area, maybe something with the headlights?
 


Blue and brown wires? Yup, that's the DRL heatsink.

Depending on your year of car, that heatsink is part of the puzzle to delete the DRL's.
