I have a P01811 Max adapt long shift code, a shot cat converter, worn out stock brakes, need new summer tires/wheels I might need to look into struts or sway bars.
I have $3650 into the car, with new winters. I have the "Flipping Cars" rules on cars, unless I like the car.
For the trans I was thinking this:
-New Fluid with TransGo Shift Kit, maybe use SeaFoam Trans Cleaner. (just did a trans service 100KM ago.) Approx $250
-If that doesn't work bite the bullet and have someone in town, do the PCS for $800, Tax in.
For the Exhaust:
-ZZP Downpipe with cat. Approx $400
Brakes:
-Stock replacements do to new 16" winter tires. $300
So $1000 if everything goes well, $1800 if it doesn't.
Or I can do the trans and brakes for $550, and sell the car off. Might get $4400 or so for it.
Not sure, if this car has a standard trans. I would keep it and mod it. I am on the fence do to the auto, and I may have a full Gen II Supercharger top swap I could grab for $200.
