Shorted speedometer only, help

Ok, so here's the damage..... before I purchased this car, someone used a jumper wire from the large yellow wire, in the steering harness, and the drivers door. Problem for the door was fixed but before I could tape the yellow wire, I hit it and it grounded. Since then, my speedometer stopped working, just the speedometer, all other gages worked.

I have changed the cluster, D.I.C, H.U.D, V.S.S., steering column, and I have looked all over for ground issues. I know all parts were working because I pulled all parts for a totally working car. Part change isn't much of a concern because I have many extras.

Please help!!!
