shimmi

I have a '99 Grand Prix GT and have had a bounce and shimmi that feels like it is in the front. I had the rack and all tie rod ends replaced and front end aligned. The bounce seemed to have gone away but the shimmi is still there. I checked all wheel bearings for movement. I found a little movement in the drivers side wheel and the rest appear to be fine. I replaced the driver side hub assembly and the shimmi is still there. I rotated the tires first on the driver, no change. I then rotated the passenger side tires and the shimmi did not feel as bad in the fsteering wheel but is still there.
Could it be bad tires? The tires have lots of tread and are not terribly old, but it does get very hot here in Las Vegas. Could There be a tire that is out of round? I can not see any visible sign of tire wear or defect.
I am just looking for some sugestions before pulling the triger on a new set of tires. Any sugestions as to other things to check would be appreciated.

inspect the tires really good... look for blisters.. a small blister can cause a bad shake.

BLISTERS??? I don't know about any blisters but I would take them to a tire shop and have them either A. Check balance or B. check for slipped belts or cupped tires. Good luck man.
