Shifting Problem

My 2000 GT all of a sudden will not shift into overdrive. Fluid is full, red and not burnt smelling. 1st, 2nd and 3rd feel okay, it just stays in 3rd gear and won't even attempt to go into overdrive. My TPS readings are good (.70 volt at idle to 5.0 at WOT). Any ideas as to what my problem is ??

You most likely have the standard worn out/stripped 4th clutch hub. Very common in our transmissions and while it doesn't "hurt" the tranmission overall. You don't have 4th gear.
