Shift solenoid and TCC codes on 4t65e

To start it’s a 2006 Lacrosse 3800 4t65e. OK so everything was fine go to takeoff from a light only starts in third gear. Put it down to first gear and find out I only have second and third gear. Check engine light and TCC light came on. Scan the codes and I am getting P0753 P0758 P2761. I have already done some testing and both ends of the fuse are getting 12 V but I am only seeing 1.5 V going into the transmission to power the solenoid’s. The resistance of the shift solenoids are 19ohms and the TCC is 11ohms so that all seems fine. Is there any way it is the PCM not sending 12v to the transmission? I have been through all the wires and everything looks fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my daily. Thanks!
 


Could that be causing the trans to not be getting full voltage? I should be seeing 12v at the pink wire going in and I’m only getting 1.5v. Thanks for the response!
