Shift points and Mph?

Guys it been a long time since i been here.
Have had two motors blow up dont ask why please.
I need some help.
Go the car runing and need to tune it again.
What do you guys have the shift points set at?
And what MPH are the gears set to shift at?
Mods in sig,using a power tuner.
 


Do you want safe, another motor in the toilet or something fun and daily driven?

I wouldn't push the motor too hard until it's fully tuned. Period.

That means shifting safely and reasonably. Maybe I'm missing out on some fun...but I have only raised the shifts a little for the street.
