Shift light

On my Comp G when I have it in Tap Shift mode and get on it through the rpms I notice a yellow + in the rpm tach. Do these cars come with a shift light? Sorry for the stupid question couldn't find anything on the forums.
 


thats what that is....it just means your in the high rpm range for that gear. hence the +sign on the light and the + sign on the paddles
