SES light and stumbling

So the other day my SES light came on. Was the Bank 1 o2 sensor. Replaced it along with the bank 2 sensor. The SES light hasnt come on for those.

60 miles later its acting the same.

Has a surge and stumble when driving again.

This time the SES light is on for the T stat. Im at a loss here. Any suggestions. I could change the T stat but I dont know if that will fix my issue.

Plugs and wires are new. I could check the coils and see what condition they are in and replace if needed.

Borrowed a scanner. Drove it around with it plugged in for a while and didn't see anything strange happening other than the low coolant sensor and the T stat acting up.

Today, I decided I would just throw parts at it. Not a good idea but whatever. Cleaned the MAF, new TPS, and air filter. I cleaned out the EGR. Did an oil change, and transmission flush. New fuel filter, and replaced all the coils. New 195 t stat and low coolant sensor.

After all that I took it for a drive and it was fine no SES light. Seems to make a lot more power now than it did before.
