Service parking lamp

Alright besides arguing with the idiots on Facebook I'll just come here i was messing with my halos the other night and I shorted a wire from the front turn signals when i was tapping into them. Now my break lights don't work and I get a service parking lamps. The breaks lights come on when I press the break just not when I'm using my signal or when my foot isn't on the break. I'm looking at the fuse box right now on the passenger side and I see the "pk lp" on the diagram but I can't find the fuse in the box... Can someone help.

check the under hood fuse box as well as inside fuse box. one had to pop.
