Series III 3800 intake and exhaust tips?

If you leave the cat in, you'll be fine, otherwise you'll have an 02 sensor code, which can be tuned out. Speed daddy headers will do you just fine. they are under 200 bucks.
 


Yup. I took the cat out though, so I had the code. If you take it out, you can sell it to get most of your money back.
 
they replace the manifolds and downpipe, and bolt directly up to the catback exhaust.

Your factory cat will not work with headers, you will have to either cut it out and weld it back into the downpipe or buy a aftermarket cat and install it in the downpipe section for the cat.
 
Yeah, for now im thinking just leave it in there. If i put headers in but otherwise leave factory exhaust until i can buy the glasspack and mullfers itll flow alright still?
