98 gtp. Does it have both sensors ?it has ruff idle even after I unplug the sensor by the throttle body(map?)

It has both.

If only the idle is rough but other rpms are fine, try cleaning the TB and MAF sensor. If you want to test the maf anyway, you have to unplug it before turning the key on.

Rpm jumps 2k-4k driving and idlein

Idles lil bad. And when I drive it'll randomly rev up to 4k and do this few times in a row

Not usually.

Another thing to check is the coil packs.
