There is a sensor that is in between the trans and engine the wire goes into the wire harness that connects to the back of the power steering pump. What is this sensor for the wire broke off up in the wire harness some where. I need to run a new wire.
 


rear knock sensor harness is what you broke.

near where it was clipped to the p/s pup is a plug, un plug it and replace or patch the busted wire with solder and shrink tubes.

you will need some long ass needle nose pliers to get the plug back on the knock sensor.
