Seatbelt Release Stuck

My seatbelt release on the front passenger side keeps getting stuck making it so that the seatbelt won't stay in and keeps slipping out, somebody help me figure it out?
 


Try spraying some lube in the receiver (NOT WD-40) and see if that helps. Something may be gumming it up. Worst case is a trip to the j-yard for the seat belt harness. Should just bolt to the floor w/ a torx bolt (probably a T-45 or T-50) or just a standard bolt. Never really looked that closely to see which.
