Sealing off balance shaft oil hole.

This method is easier than drilling and tapping the oil hole left when you remove the balance shaft,just to reassure you that this method works I've just torn down my engine after a year with this in place and it's as good as new,were talking about the one oil hole in the bearing at the rear of the engine ,I use a 1 1/2" neoprene expand a plug found in the rad fittings and couplers at AutoZone this fits in the bearing just right and you tighten it up till it wo'nt move this allows you to maintain proper oil pressure and does not permantly alter anything ,Ive read all the other means of plugging this hole and this method is the best I've found,other methods are filling the hole with JB Weld,useing a cam bearing from a 440 dodge product and tapping it in,and the drilling and tapping method which works also ,this method just gives you another method and a method that can be done with the engine still in the car.Chico.

Any pictures of this? Im getting ready to tear down my engine and hopefully have it balanced. Ive been wondering if there was anyway of plugging that hole without some drastic measures or something that wasnt completely reversable (not that it matters I guess).

Or do you have any specific part numbers or anything like that to make sure I get the right stuff.
