sd header question

Hey guys. I just bought speed daddy headers and I needed help. I already have a 3 inch dp and slp catback. Is there any way to have them installed without any welding? I saw the tog style dp and it looks like it might work but I dont know. Please help....

Lounge?

They come with a down pipe and extension tube (where cat would go) plus the part that bolts up to the catback.

I'm just giving you a hard time. There's a slew of mechanical in the lounge today. :th_peaceout:

Yeah, should bolt right up w/o problems. Only thing is you'd be missing a cat.

I'm not sure on how to do that. All I know is how to pull the motor forward by taking off the dog bones.

Pull the engine forward, you will need to pull the egr valve and TB and bring the back header from that side around. It wont fit past the valve cover

Actually 01...the easiest way is not to take all that off.

jack the car and support it via the thick edge of the body under the door frame. Put the jack in the center (use a board I like 4x4) and remove teh two back bolts of the subframe. Lower the jack 2-4 inches. Now your rear manifold will come right out and the new one will slide right in. Put two bolts in to the new one to hold it to the motor and jack the subframe back into place and put the bolts back in.

I hate droping the subframe, And doing it in a driveway is a PITA. Takes maybe 2 min to pull the EGR and TB. But to each there own
