SC oil fill plug seized

Hey guys. I have a 2003 GTP. Just as the title says, my SC oil fill plug is seized. I rounded out the hex fitting in it and tried an easy-out drill bit to no avail. I don't want to put any penetrating oil on the plug or apply any heat for fear of damaging the SC. Anybody had this problem? Any suggestions or solutions? Can I hit it briefly with a torch to try to loosen it up without damaging the SC? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
