Running rich at times then lean?

So i bought a grand prix gt that has a top swap kit on it about 6 months ago. Its a 2001 has headers 1.9 rockers CAI 104s and 180*. I havent had any problems with it until these last few days. When i first start it the ltft will go up to 16.4 but after moving the car it will drop to 10 something once cruising itll go from -16-11 sometimes maxing out both ways -22 or 16.4. WOT it stays at zero. 0kr except occasionally .5kr max maybe but WOT through 1-2 none. The car also has misfires about 10 on average at idle if i hold the revs up it will keep climbing in misses. Ive heard bad things about running that lean and its making me really nervous to drive the car anymore.
 


Try spraying around for vacuum leaks. Check your Ts and egr hoses. As for running very rich I have no idea. Also welcome since this is your first post you must be new here haha also nice to see another top swapped car in the area around me
