Running issues with 2001 gtp S/C

My 2001 gtp has been sending me for a loop! I changed the crank shaft and cam shaft sensors. That took care of my stalling and loss of tach and TCS. Now I have a horrible lag when i give more than half throttle. It shows full boost but it laggs something fierce>>>>>please help. Its a 2001 gtp 3800 series II s/c mostly stock.
 


MAF is my guess this just happened to me i cleaned it but that didnt do anything then i put a new one in and it fixed it
 
I was throwing a misfire in cylnider 1 and MIL {malfunction Indicator Lamp} code. I changed plugs and cleaned MAF and Clean Throttle body and still the same. How would i go about uncloggin the CAT?
 
also the CEL isnt on but i believe thats due to the MIL and dont really know how to go about fixing that ethier. While there is no light i am still pullin those two codes.
