rubber motor mount protectant / sealant

Going to Replace both my lower Motor Mounts on my 97 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. Anyone have any suggestions to use as a rubber mount protectant / sealant? I was told QuickWrench Rust Buster but not sure where to purchase this. There must be something more available that would work just as well. Thanks anybody for your input.
 


Your factory one lasted 15 years. I would just put the new ones in and run them. No need to worry about protecting the rubber, oil leaks like all 3800s have will take care of that.
