rough idle, possible misfire?

I have been driving the GTP this week and finding out the issues it has (new tie rod, new radiator so far)
It seems like it has a misfire at idle, it runs rough and the idle moves around. I remember the l67 in my monte was rough at idle but this seems worse. the car also seems to have a slight surging feeling when lightly accelerating.
if i put my foot on the brake and give it gas in gear it doesnt seem to stumble, but its not completely smooth either.
its not affecting driving, but its bucking the F out of me.

anythoughts on what this could be?

FYI I put in new plugs last weekend.
I have also been ruing injector cleaner.

Check your fuel regulater vacuum hoses for cracks or breaks.

any check engine lights? mine bucks the **** outta me through town, but my afr drops to like 10 and the car goes stupid.

Nah scotty, cleaning with a cotton swab or ear cleaner is okay sometimes.

Have to do it on some vehicle at work, you'd be suprised how much more stuff comes off even after you spray it down.

well lets say this, if its not shining after spraying, then use a swab lightly. its best not to play with them. i could see them getting gummed up good and thick in some cars.

Ill go ahead and mess with it on saturday, while im doing the Rad, and the coupler.

off topic, but whats the best way to launch one of these for the best 0-60.
im trying to check and see how much power its lost from wear and tear.

I know it is bill, but it could possibly be an o2, I had 2 reasons why my pcm was pissed at me, one of which still needs to be dealt with, the misfire code,

If your MAF is indeed bad, then cleaning it with that $8 snake oil in a spray can won't help. Feel free to try it. But also, unplugging it will give you some real results.

I cleaned the maf, didnt really help, i did find the honeycomb cloged with a bunch of stuff. I unplugged it, still idled ruough, so im going to check the hoses when im doing the snout.,

On another note I did a 0-60 run with a 3mph rolling start, and got a time of 6.5 seconds. I am very pleased for a car with 206k miles, Looks like i dont have any catching up to do.
