Rooted my droid X :) any tips or advice for a noob

I have a droid X 2.2 i just rooted using Z4 and installed titanium backup so i can freeze all that crappy bloatware. however im intrigued now and want to pursue this.

so does anyone have any apps, info, or advice on what to do with a rooted phone. i heard it well worth the time and effort

ill check that out. has anyone overclocked their phone? did they notice an actual difference? and does anyone have any advice on a good free app or should i just pay for 1. i could see this rooted thing becoming expensive lol
 
A good overclock app will cost ya a few bucks. There is a free version of QuickClock and a paid version. Try that out first and if you like it consider buying the paid version. And I recommend JRummy's Liberty ROMs if you like customization. He has an app that will do a lot for you. Rubix roms are good as well.
 
I highly recommend going over to droidforums.net and looking around over there. Found enough info over there and files to where I can Root and unroot my Incredible in 15 minutes.

That place is packed with knowledge.
