Rolling fenders

I recently got wheels and my back rubs a bit whenever theres people in the back, so I think I am going to tackle rolling my fenders, instead of paying a shop to do it. I know alog of people use a heat gun and a rubber mallet, but I can really find and decent videos on youtube and was hoping for some advice on how to do it.

Keep the paint warm to the touch, when you are using the heat gun keep moving it around.
Amazon and ebay sell similar rollers as Eastwood, I have a knock off and I can't tell the difference from the Eastwood my friend owns. I have rolled over 15 car's fenders including my cars.
