rocker panel question PLEASE HELP!

I am in desperate need of new rocker panels as mine are rusted away with huge visable holes ,and have a specialist who is gonna do the work dirt cheap (family friend) but only if I can find the parts so before I order I am asking are these what I am searching for ? More Information for SHERMAN CCC84403R
