rocker panel or quarter panel??

well I was thinking my rusted out section is right in front of the rear tire.... you know the area where the sunroof drains. the rockers themselves are actually in very good shape. how repairable is rust in the area im describing can you get panels to replace that section. the most of the area is in good shape too except for the area around the holes. I thought it was the rocker but now im thinking that might be wrong in my description. I would like to fix this car properly in the spring. if I have to pay someone 7-800 to do it so be it, the car is otherwise in great shape and I don't want to let it rot to pieces.

rockers! quarter panel would be a ton of extra work for nothing

I guess the question is where does the rocker panel end and the quarter panel begin?

Take a couple of pics and post them so we can see the exact area and how bad it is.
