RKE Receiver Location in a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix

My remote stopped working today on my 2004 GP GT2, I took it to Autozone and tested the remote battery, it's working, I checked the RFA/MOD (Remote function activator) fuse and it looked okay.
So I gather its the Keyless receiver.
Does anyone know where this is in this car?

Sometimes my key chain fob stops working because the chintzy soldering inside breaks. I have resoldered it about 5 times now right where the battery holder connects to the computer board. Use the search funtion for other potential answers.
