Ripped door panel?

My panel on my driver door is torn and I cant find any replacement panels anywhere to buy, any ideas on what I could use to repair it? Its a pretty big cut by the handle

I know they make a repair kit for vinyl but idk how well they work.

I tried that repar kit it did nothing it flaked and peeled off
