Right signal and high beam comes on.

Anybody know what part I need to change on my GP 2008, issue is when turning on the right signal the high beam comes on as well. Doesn't happen all the time but I would say comes on 6 times out of 10 times.

Part came in and I temporary installed it and everything works but the only thing is when I installed the new part, there is a burning smell coming from it. Is that normal for the new switch?
