rich idle, lean when high rpm and knock?

a friend of mine has a series 2 3800 and he is running -16 at idle and as soon as he passes 300rpm he goes +16 lean and hits over 8 on knock...what can cause this?
 


If it's going that lean, and knocking that much, it's probably lean.
check the MAF, TPS or the O2 to make sure they aren't on the fritz?

these were my original thoughts so i did check them and all seemed fine to me as to why i posted..figured it was a gt thing as ive never owned one. just for ****s and giggles ill swap the maf and map just to make sure but they show fine on the laptop
