Hello everyone, names Jay Ellis and i'm from Ft.Wayne,IN. I purchased my 2000 Buick Regal Gs back in Aug. I was initially going to drive it till tax time and sell it once i get my other vehicles up and running. I'm short on time ( Mechanical Engineering Major ) I had the cash to fix my other cars but not the time. I don't let anyone touch my cars, well except for maybe the exhaust shop when i get exhaust upgrades 
. I have now changed my mind and decided to make this car into a sleeper, possibly turbo'd withing 2 yrs. I had a 1991 Grand Prix back in 99 so have owned a grand prix le before is that counts for anything

I took the car down to the Muncie Dragway for S&G to see what it would run stock, Only thing i added was a cone filter and 4' Tube that extends the filter into the fender well area. I ran a best of 14.811 1/4 mile with bald street tires, full weight and about 70 lbs worth of tools, jacks, jack stands, ect in the trunk. I have looked into SSAutochrome Headers ( have a set of headers from this company on my mx6 ) a u-bend delete, 3.4 pulley, NGK colder plugs, and maybe a set of drag radials. Hoping to get into the 13's

On a side note, My cooling fans stay on the full time the car is running and service engine Soon light came on. I'm guessing Coolant temp sensor? not sure where it is located, but i have the haynes manual so i'm sure i can find it.
