Rewire your headlights so your parking lights flash when you lock/unlock your car?

Hey I've read that you can rewire you headlight's so that when you hit lock/unlock on your key your parking lights flash instead of HL's or foglights. I have HID's fog's and HL's and don't want them flashing. I know I can disable them but I like them to flash so I know my car is locked. I'm pretty sure you can't just have it beep either, its either beep and flash or flash.

I thought there is a write up out there but I cannot find it save my life. If anyone has done it or knows where I can find the write up on it I would appreciate the help !
