ok i bought my grand prix and it was already reprogrammed but the car didnt come with the programmer and i need to change some stuff what can i do? can i buy a new one and put it in my car with the other one already installed

like the tire size cause my speedo is off a lil bit and its driving me crazy

Still can't change tire size in BCM without a tech II so your ABS wont really know whats going on.

also, the speedometer is legally allowed to be off by a certain percent. Do you have a scan guage to check what the vehicle reports the speed as? Or a HUD?

no i usually use a gps for when i had my truck to, and its off by like 5 mph
