Replacing The Rubber / Weatherstripping on door

So yea, while driving home last night I was treated to a nice surprise. I was driving home during a rain storm and felt water streaming down from the top of my drivers side door. It looks like the rubber strip on the top of the door is cracked and also the weather strip around the door is not in the greatest shape. what is needed for this (besides the new weatherstrip) and is there a write up? after a few hours of websearch I couldnt find anything.

dealership,

to install theres screws, and the door panel needs to come off. and the mirror pulled away and to access last 2 screws
