Replacing rear struts in 02 GTP

So, I got my car aligned and it fixed the steering wheel being way off... Now it seems to have amplified the rear struts squishiness. I reduced the air pressure and it helps, but they seriously need to be replaced b/c the back end hops around. And now on the interstate it rattles intermittently quite a bit. It feels like before a tire is going to blow out.

Anyways, is there any tips I need to know in replacing the rear struts? Most videos I've seen show it as super straight forward and, might I say, EASY. I found Monroe Quick Struts which I plan to buy tonight.

And what about the front struts? I need to do those too. But they are 100x less worse than the rear ones.

They are pretty straight forward, take the old one out, but the new one in. Are you sure you didn't break a rear sway bar or end link?
