Replacement headlights 04 to 08 ?

My 06 headlights are are in ok shape but I would like to buy some new shinny clear ones to replace the old ones. But I am not sure about if these non OEM ones are the same or of lesser quality.Has anyone bought some of these tpyes?

they make OEM ones, or at least DOT and SAE approved...
