Replaced window motor and power switch. Window tries to roll down when I roll it up..

My old motor locked up, and my power switch's contact burned up, so I bought a new motor and switch, everything works, but when I roll my window all the way up, 90% of the time it tries to roll it back down on me - as if I've pressed the Auto-down on it. Tapping the up button again stops it and it stays up... but has this happened to anyone else/do you know why it's doing it?
