Replaced serpentine belt, engine still chirping

I've replaced the serpentine belt, but the engine is still chirping on a cold start. 2006 3.8L V6. I have read that it might be the tensioner, but how to do I know if it is that? Could it be anything else?
 


Thanks! trying to teach myself how to do as much of this on my own without a shop as I can. Appreciate the help!
 
No problem. I've only ever had luck with the gates pulleys, I've tried the cheeper ones but they don't seem to last.
