Repairing wire to driver's front seat belt buckle?

I believe this wire goes to the driver's seat belt buckle and signals that the driver's seat belt is buckled. (There is no longer a chime or flashing seat belt light on the dash when I turn the ignition on.) Any ideas on how I should go about repairing it?

chances are its from the seat belt. i would remove the seat, 2 bolts on the floor, back side of the seat on the floor, and see where they went.

with any luck one wire has a strip on it, match it back up if there are any wires left to re splice too.

if not you may need a new seat belt lock with the wire.

it should plug in under the seat on the center rail. with another plug, could be 3 if you have side air bags,(that would be the yellow plug) heated seat and a power seat plugs.
