Repairing ABS wire

One of the wires is broken off on the harness at the wheel, flush to the connector like here:

I see a lot of cheap dorman repair harnesses for like 1/3 the price, but they need to be spliced in and I assume they splice in before the swiveling joint thing and they assume the connector at wheel is good (not my case)

Is there a way to repair the connector, otherwise I think this is the right part to replace the end, though it doesn't appear in the list of vehicles:

GM #12167120

Can anyone confirm that number?

Honestly I just upgraded sway bar and endlinks and ive had a abs light on thinking it was a hub. My front right wires were cut were you pointed out.. I actually just took the harness apart, slid the prongs out and spliced in some wire and wired it back up. Works perfect and didnt cost a thing
