Removing the backseat/trunk door

a few questions actually...Im basically getting my interior up to par...The door to my trunk is busted and want to put a new one in...how do you take the darn thing out and put a new one in? Also the little plastic grommet broke on the passenger side seatbelt guide, how do i take that out and put a new one in?
