Remove Dashboard in 2003 Grand Prix SE (3.1L)

Hi,

i need to change the blower motor resistor so i need to remove the dash board in 2003 grand prix SE model. I tried to remove the plastic screws but i couldn't remove it. could anyone let me know how to remove these screws...?

I'm pretty sure you just need to remove the blower motor and its right behind that, with the blower motor in there its pretty tight.

U can get it out without even removing the motor lol really right but do able
