I am looking for a good site to find reasonably priced Reliable Parts for a 2008 Pontiac GXP bone stock. I am currently looking for front hubs. I am not trying to go to the local auto parts store. Any suggestions?? Anyone??

I've had great luck with Moog hub assemblies. $100 each after discount code at advance auto, decent warranty.

Something with a 3 year warranty local like Moog/timken skf etc. I'm currently running I believe skf from Napa.

Go to Rock Auto. For hub bearings, stick with SKF, Timken, or Moog. I always get parts from Rock if I have a few days to wait for shipping. I have found that they are always cheaper that local auto, even with shipping and local coupons.

Don't forget to order new axle nuts too, those are one time use nuts and should be discarded if removed.

Axle nuts can be re-used, I do it everytime.

It's not technically a TTY like most bolts. I've never heard of a shop replacing them. If it comes off clean, it goes right back on.

The Timken bearing, after shipping, is only $5 less than I paid for my Moogs. Then you have to wait on it to arrive. Then if there is a failure you have to remove it, ship it back, and wait to get the replacement to put it back on. I'd rather pay the $5 extra and get it local.

Also as others have said I have NEVER, not once, replaced my axle nut when doing bearings, etc. If I get a new nut with a replacement axle then I will use the new one, but I am not going to buy one just for doing a bearing.

GM also says the brake caliper bracket bolts are one time use too. How many people do you think replace those when they do bearings, or rotors? Do you want to know what GM charges for those particular bolts too? $18 per bolt. You know what's "special" about them? They have threadlock preinstalled on the threads.

GM can go eff themselves on their "one time use" sh!t. The only bolts you should really worry about replacing are things like head and rod bolts.

Yup hubs are something id buy local chances are you'll be replacing/warranting them out

RockAuto has pretty good pricing.

If you can find an AC Delco bearing, they have a 5 year warranty.

You've said that before, and it looks to only be Canada where the 5 year warranty happens. Every other thing out there says 12 months on the warranty.

A pdf from RockAuto about Delco's warranty's

Amazon explicitly says 12 months for the Grand Prix wheel bearing. I even looked up another AC Delco and it said the same thing. Both have this pdf, basically the same as the one on RA http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71kJPhh1OPS.pdf

Well look at that. I will no longer brag about the 5 year warranty. LOL
