Regal stalls when turning Right and less than 1/4 tank of gas

Anyone have this problem? It is not the turn signal issue as it stalls or wants to stall when turning right or slowing down when you are below 1/4 tank of gas. The fuel pump was replaced last year and I just replaced the regulator.
Going to pull fuel pump to see if it is clogged but any thoughts on why this is happening? An AC delco fuel pump was put in it.
Thanks for your help.

The sending unit may be wrong i.e. says 1/4 tank but might actually be empty?

One way to tell is pull the canister and see how much fuel is in the tank when gauge says 1/4 tank.
Another way to tell is during fill up. Should take about 11 gallons to get to full when gauge says 1/4 tank.

If you have access to a fuel pressure gauge, hook it up (extend hose) and go for a drive. It sounds like the baffles in your tank are bad and allowing the fuel to slosh to one side,. Then the pump had nothing but air to pull. Hence the stall.
