I actually have a 2000 Regal GS PCM (spare) and a DHP Tuner and am planning my first PCM flash now. My Tuner is still throwing an invalid file error on my first PCM read (yes, on the 2000 GTP PCM), I be checking back to see how this works out for you, though. Good luck.
