Recommendations for exhaust systems?

I have a 2004 grand prix GTP comp g. The stock exhaust is rusting out, sounds like somewhere near the cat. The resonator rattles too. I don't have much interest in increasing performance, in the near future I'm selling it. Anyone have recommendations for cat back systems I can get my hands on that (a) aren't super expensive and (b) don't make the car loud? Thanks.

Check what's leaking. In my experience the resonator rusts out before the mufflers. Piping seems to last a long time, so check it out and replace what's bad. We recommend long glass packs as resonators since they're cheaper and work just as well.

Since you're going to be selling it do this. No reason to spend more money than you need on it. Just make it sell-able.

This is the advice I probably needed. I've just been too lazy to jack it up and find out what's going on...

When you say borla are you talking about pro xs because thats a straight threw design i feel like that would be really loud

Does anyone know because I'm ordering a set very very soon I blew my dynomax mufflers off and these straight pipes are getting embaressing

Yes Borla XS pro and no it's not loud. Sounds similar to stock but a tad bit louder.
