Rebuilt transmission, no downshift while hot and heavy accel

I just had the trans in my 01 GTP rebuilt, only had reverse and wouldn't move forward under any conditions, now I'm having an issue when the trans reaches 200 degrees or more, it won't downshift if I have the pedal half way down or more, it works fine while cold or on days where it's less than 85 out though, manual shifting is a little sluggish depending on how heavy acceleration is but still works in all gears, I'm don't really know what's going on here

May want to take it back to the shop that rebuilt it and have it looked at as to not void any warranty. I would look at MAF sensor or TPS.
 
I have brand new MAF for my Northstar throttle and Im on my 3rd TPS right now, plus I have a slight rpm oscillation when using cruise up hills, but we can't figure out what's going on with tge transmission
