Rear Window Goes Down but not UP 2004 grand prix gt

I thought my window fell of the track as it went down but not up. I took off the door panel and looked inside and everything was normal. Now the problem I have is, the window goes down but not up. I can manually lift the window close but not with the button. What could the issue be and is it an easy fix?

I have same exact problem and same year car, mine was the cable that kinda snapped and so window will not go up and barely down wi switch. But i can easily slide it up and down with my hands. You need to replace the whole regulator and motor assembly,the part is like $80-$100.

What is the regulator and motor assembly called so I can call the part store and know what I am asking for? Is there any way to fix the broken cable?

It looks pretty hard on the 97-03 cause I would have already,I keep a door stop wedged on mine to it don't crack open when it's raining but on hot days I pull it down
