Rear view camera

i have a 06 GP GXP . it has the factory head unit with dvd and nav. i was wondering if could install a rear view camera and connect to the existing head unit?
 


It would be awfully clever, but I doubt you could pull it off without some interesting work (tub of elbow grease).
 
Wait, that thing has a DVD player?

In that case, you could set up some kind of relay that takes over the monitor... maybe something similar to a kvm switch... when you hit reverse. Still, lots of custom work and experimentation.
