rear seatbelt anchor bolt removal

I need to replace my drivers side rear seatbelt and cannot get the stupid T50 bolt out of the floorpan. I don't see it protruding under the car. If I drill this thing out can I get a high grade nut/bolt through it to reattach the new one? Cannot believe they didn't just use a regular hex head on this...

maybe take a angle grinder to it and make two or 4 flat sides and use a adjustable on it.

they put a ton of thread locker on them bolts. mine were very tight coming out right to the last threads.

I actually started to cut it with my dremel with that exact thought. Got one side flat and stepped back a minute and had a beer. I ended up putting some heat on it, smashed the torx bit into it with a hammer and put a 4 foot pipe on my ratchet. B*tch bolt is out. Had to get the pipe on the one on the package tray too, but no heat. It popped loose. Always fun trying to not smash the rear glass, lol.. Thanks Scotty!
